She is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Karisma Training & Coaching, where she partners with for-profit and nonprofit organizations to design profitable strategies, deliver leadership training, and facilitate transformational growth.

Her journey reflects a unique blend of faith, education, and entrepreneurship. As a Pastor in the Moravian Church, Cherice served congregations in Trinidad and Tobago, guiding Christian education, training, and community development. She lectured at the Theological Seminarie in Suriname, where she contributed to governance projects, curriculum development, and leadership training. Today, she continues to shape academic excellence and strategic oversight through her work with The Moravian Institute.

Cherice is also the visionary founder of Faith Builders, a platform dedicated to equipping individuals with tools for spiritual and personal growth, and the creator of Woman Arise, a dynamic mentorship program designed to empower women in their personal and professional journeys. Her commitment to youth and community development is evident in her role as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Girls of Impact Trinidad & Tobago, where she leads governance, fundraising, and empowerment initiatives.
